Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Proxima Sports platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Proxima Sports.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Proxima Sports website (proxima.store), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@proxima.store if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For COD orders, payment is due on delivery.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Custom jerseys, intimate apparel, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return receipt.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately display product information, images, and specifications. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free and reserve the right to correct errors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of Proxima Sports and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities apply to registered wholesale accounts. Proxima Sports reserves the right to modify wholesale terms at any time. Custom orders require a 50% advance payment and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxima Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
